Sonica Sarna is the founder of the first of its kind ethical design & production company that engages vulnerable artisan communities, regenerative farm-to-closet and organic textiles, women’s empowerment programs & in-house Fair Trade-certified factory production to create high-fashion products in partnership with leading brands worldwide.
Sonica’s pioneering sustainability consultancy focuses on reviving regenerative textile practices, implementing zero-waste design and fostering respectful collaborations with artisan communities. Her expertise spans sustainability reporting, impact assessment, and mobilizing tools to measure and communicate tangible social and environmental outcomes. Through Projecthrive, she helps fashion brands worldwide establish and achieve measurable impact goals linked to the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
